Every booking includes full facility access — surgical workstations, configurable floor plan, professional A/V system, recording capability, surgical-grade lighting, on-site event coordination, and setup/breakdown. Concierge services (travel, catering, equipment, specimens, instrumentation, and shipping) are coordinated as needed and quoted separately.
The Cad [Lab] accommodates up to 50 participants for hands-on training, CME programs, certification events, and general lectures. For events with fewer stations and more open space, the facility can comfortably seat larger groups in a lecture configuration.
We recommend 2–4 weeks for standard events. Events requiring cadaveric specimen procurement or large-scale equipment staging benefit from 4–6 weeks of lead time. We respond to all inquiries within one business day and work to accommodate short-notice requests when the schedule allows.
